Our Warranty
Our Custom Products Satisfaction Warranty:
- We want you to enjoy your custom items, and will work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing, and production process.
Custom Products Warranty:
- All Custom Products are warranty to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period 30-90 days from date of purchase. All custom built furniture installed by us , carries a 1-2 year warranty from date of install. If any item that is claimed to be defective within this time, we will repair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
- Our tiny houses are certified through NOAH.
- NOAH Inspection and Certification provides confidence and peace of mind for consumers and levels the playing field for builders, lenders, insurers and municipalities.
- *Parking of all tiny homes has to be approved by parking municipalities.
Returns & Exchanges:
- No returns can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the Warranty section above will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced. Our goal is to use the best products availability in the market
